Fitness to me has not always been part of my life, infact upto about 5 years ago I was smoking 40 a day and had the worst diet going, from the outside everyone thought I was healthy as I was always very lean in fact too lean so what they call a ''Skinny fat"" over the last 4 years fitness has become part of my life, it provides me with endorphins that keep me grounded and helps me balance my mental health so during lockdown I decided to take things to the next level and started to learn and now  I am a qualified Gym instructor level 2 with Active IQ and Personal Trainer level 3 with Active IQ. I also hold my Olympic weightlifting cert, Spinning cert and Box Fit and Crossfit level 1, Running LIRF.

 I have a small gym set up to be able to provide 1-2-1 training within a comfortable setting, I also have the use of other locations with larger space and more equipment if required. 


My aim is to work with people that want to make changes to their current lifestyle no matter how little or how much.  

If you are looking for a personal trainer that will provide you honest no bull approach then this is how I work, I do not believe in sugar coating things because it may be what you want to hear, that said I am very approachable and want you to enjoy your training so believe we design the training together.

Unfortunately if you are not prepared to work in between sessions for example ''only one workout a week'' then you are just throwing your money away and just wasting your time . I will happily provide advice on additional workouts when away from the studio.
